I hope everyone is having a merry Christmas. Last class we discussed
the book, the 1000 Year War, foreign intervention, and the housing
crisis. We also talked about the importance of blogging and how it can
help you solidify your opinions via the writing process, and help the
world by keeping correct principles and ideas in the social
conversation.
Assignment Summary for January 13:
1. Read or Watch the news, and make a blog
post about something interesting. Tell us why you liked it or found it
interesting, so we know why we should read it too.
2. Finish reading the Thousand Year War. Some of the appendixes can be skimmed.
By the way, if you did not yet watch the movie Manufacturing Consent, you may be able to find time to complete that assignment over the holidays too.
